Due to ongoing product enhancements and user interface updates it cannot be assured that all elements comply with all accessibility guidelines at any given point in time. As soon as Dr. Oetker identifies such defect, we immediately take measures to get this solved in a timely manner.

  • Google Maps integration: The map is not accessible for screen readers. To remediate this, please go through the career page with a screen reader, and you will find a hidden link that redirects you to the job market where you can find all jobs listed and accessible via screen readers. This link appears with the following label: 'Follow this link to reach our job search page to search for available jobs in a more accessible format'.

How to Zoom

Windows - Press the Windows key and plus sign (+) at the same time to zoom in. You can also use the Magnifier application which you can locate in the Accessories tab.

Mac - Go to System Preferences and then open Universal Access. Next select the Seeing tab. Check the box under Zoom to use the function.

Apple devices - Tap Settings, then General, then Accessibility. Tap the Zoom button and toggle to On.

How to Change Colors and Fonts

Mozilla Firefox - Choose Options, then Content, then Fonts & Colors to select the most suitable option for you.

Safari - Select Preferences, then the Appearance tab. Click the Select button next to the font fields to change the display.

Chrome - Go to Settings, then Appearance, and then to Customize Fonts. You can then select the font of your choice. Or you can go to Settings, then Themes. Here you can select a high contrast theme from the Chrome Web Store.

There are several free options available including NVDA for Windows and VoiceOver for Mac. You can also use applications like JAWS for Windows. All the above are suitable for use with web browsers.
